Unique vibe with the “surf shop”, quiet patio out back, and big time dog-friendly policy. One of the smoothest and most delicious flat whites I’ve ever had, so much so that I went back for a second.

The vibiest cutest little neighborhood coffee surf shop. I wake up in cold sweats thinking about the Breakwater at least once a week. The best coffee I’ve ever had.

Latte is so good. They make their syrups in house, which is fun to add to your drink. Free WiFi, dog friendly, nice patio in the back. There are sofas indoors and seem very chill.

Great coffee shop! The place is very comfortable and surf themed. It has a very chill, relaxing vibe. We got an ice latte and drip coffee. They were both delicious. They have a wide variety of syrups (vanilla, caramel, hazelnut and many more). The staff is very friendly and their merch is awesome! Highly recommend.

Obsessed with this place. So unique. And the breakwater latte has me in a chokehold. Their merch is super cool and I love that they have blended so many things into one, a coffee shop, surf shop, and wellness activities and local pop ups. Really just the coolest spot ever and I’m so glad I live right around the corner!

Best coffee shop in LA. Free wifi, world class baristas, and an awesome owner, Gal. They also have a wellness club in the back! Highly recommend as a working space or for a sauna cold plunge, or breathwork & Yoga Classes.

We love Saba, it’s such a family-friendly hub for community and good times. I can’t remember the name of the barista, but she was so welcoming to me and my infant daughter — she let her goof around and took a Polaroid on one of the surfboards in the shop. Plus, and most importantly, the coffee was delicious and hit right where my sleep-deprived Mom brain needed it. If you’re in the area, pop by Saba for a coffee, matcha, yummy pastry, and enjoy the chill ambiance indoors or spacious patio out back. Music is always on point. Try the banana bread, you won’t regret it.

Not having too much expectation on my first visit as I was thinking it was just a 'lifestyle cafe', being a surf-themed shop, I was surprised that they did serve pretty decent coffee with creative menu twist. Also I was impressed how the place really looked like a community spot with the barista knew tons of the guests and was very friendly. The place was also giving chill cool vibes with open patio at the back and plenty of seats at the indoor space. I got to try one of their special latte, which I completely forget the name, but if memory served me right serving something with salted maple. They also seemed to be quite popular with their coconut water latte and cream tops!
